I was very fortunate to be 1 of 13 people across Canada to receive a bursary from Mental Health Commission of Canada for the conference, 'Together, Against Stigma' held in Ottawa.

Conference was amazing and over 6oo people attended.  Had a great time, met and re-met, some wonderful people and made a lot of contacts.  Ottawa is a very green pretty city.
