Welcome!

Hi there. You've found yourself on the website of a Toronto-based support group for those of us who suffer from Social Phobia. If you suspect you or someone you know might have this condition, take a look at the characteristics of this illness, and read a few of the stories of those who have fought (and overcome) it. It's more common than you think. Even if you don't want to attend our group, we've got a ton of helpful resources hidden away, such as books, links to related websites, and of course a lot of referral sources of all types, from doctors and clinics, to general organizations. Did we mention that we also have a blog?

I thought people found me boring, stupid and that they knew I had no friends. I was sad, lonely and in so much emotional pain I really wanted to die.
